yeah it does sound a lot like that sound, same beat, same bass line. If you think about it the album Meddle had many elements of post rock in it, sound clips, sounds of whooshing wind, dark mysterious sounds and long melodies that built on themselves over time, in a way it was almost a proto-post rock album. my favorite Pink FLoyd album by far.
