Hello man! i recommend you, in this bulk phase, not to train every day but 3-4 times a week with intensity for no longer than 40-45 minutes because cortisol raises after that(Cortisol eats your muscles in order to get energy)stick to 6 excercises: Deadlift,Squat,Pullups,Chin ups,Shoulder Press and Dips.Eat as much as you can in 6-8 meals a day..Add some isolation excercises but never excede the 40-45 minutes of the workout.TRAIN SMARTER THNA HARDER in the bulking phase.I hope it helps!
