Great 4th Doctor dvd collection......I'm so envious of your key to time dvd set......only available in the U.K. (VERY RARE) on VHS, those Bastards at BBC aint releasing it anytime soon......4th Doctor era is my favorite.......Great stuff :) :) :)
but the deadly assassin will be on DVD this year--it's gonna be released in Britain on May 4, just a day before we get battlefield and the e-space trilogy.
And you continue to put my meager Doctor Who DVD collection ot shame... ;)
The old Key to Time set actually WAS done by the Restoration Team, but it was a major rush job. They were overjoyed by the chance to go back and do it RIGHT with the new version (there's some interesting articles about both versions on the restoration team's website).
I enjoyed the documentary you mentioned on the Logopolis disc - especially how even Tom HIMSELF talked about what a pain he was at the time! :D
Thanks for the info :) I thought the original Key to Time discs were just transfers from the original VHS version, but I now see that I was slightly wrong on that fact. Really looking forward to the re-release. Can't afford that many DVDs these days but I'm definitely getting that one. Thanks for your comments btw :)

i don't like the look of these dvds in region 1. i think the region 2s look much better as they have that nice TARDIS wall front.

It wasn't released with the original release in 2002, but the uk did get the "special" releases in 2007. Shada was released on VHS but no DVD yet.
