  • how much would one that was in mint condition go for these days mann?

  • nice charger !

  • BEST LOOKING CHARGER YET I WISH I STILL HAD MY 1966 CHARGER SOLD IN 1985 FOR $1000 AND IT WAS MINT CONDITION ...

  • oh... awesome x)

  • warming up a car is best done by driving it normally.

Sitting there idling is a slow warm up, putting more stress on components.

    Awsome, awsome car.

  • 1966-67 was the stuff for these cars.I remember the Tee-shirt that said "Join the Dodge Rebellion...or ELSE!!!" Great...

That was from car craft magazine 1968...

  • Too bad you hacked the door panels.

  • Well, actually, too bad someone hacked the doorpanels in 66 or 67. All five speakers (2 in rear sail panels, one in trunk drop panel, 2 in doors) were in there when I bought it. All speakers were dated Oct 66. I liked the look, didn't have new panels, so just bought new speakers. Just be careful when you assume something, OK?

  • Sweet! I got a 66 myself!

  • Plymouth did not make a Roadrunner in 1967, They started in 1968.

  • I had a 66 Charger back in the 70's that I bought with a blown motor for $75.00. I then bought a wrecked 67 Road Runner that had a 383 magnum and that wound up in the Charger. I scavenged lots of parts for the Charger that were plentiful back then and, like a fool, gave them away when I sold the car to a young neighborhood girl for $800. All I have left is a sending unit for the dashboards lights somewhere in my attic. Great car though! Loved the buckets seats in the back!

  • Such a sweet ride!!! I have a 66 charger myself and vids on here too! Looks great!!!

  • Thanks trebdude1! I do plan on keeping it old-school. All the mods to it are done as if the car were hot-rodded in 1970. When I got it, it had a tired old 383 in it that was not the original block. The engine rebuild that followed is how the car got called Franky. After being sent the wrong pistons for the 383, I sat down and did some thinking. With a 440 crank, lots of grinding, and some other creative engineering, Frankenstroke was born! Thanks for the thumbs up!

  • Awesome music indeed! 383 car? Its funny, my boss is named Frank and he's a huge mopar fan, had a 440 'cuda he tells me! Keep it old school bro, don't goof it up with silly low profile tires or anything lame like that. You should post a night time video to show what the 'electroluminescent' the gauges look like after dark. peace!

  • absolutly beautiful!
