Back in the Autumn of 1992, at Yeovil in Sommerset, where several of these Hunters were based, I stood beside one on take off and the roar from the engine was fantastic. I will never forget the experience. Great British engineering.

The Halat Airstrip, which was home for the Lebanese Hunters for a good part of the 1980's is also a motorway, what a coincidence :)
