I was actually wondering how the pot got so big when Tony G checked/called the flop and checked the turn when the J hit. I figured Ivey must check behind and spike a 10, have Tony G bet the river into him and then get raised all-in by Ivey and called. When Tony G check/raised all in on the turn I was surprised by Ivey's call as he couldn't beat the J, a possible made straight, and of course 33 55 77 or as it turned out 75. He must have put Tony G on a semi-bluff like 5c8c or 89 double gutshot.

This is a rare occasion were Ivey played it pretty bad. Tony could have eaisly had a set, A-J of hearts, or the random 2 pair.

U joking man? if you think you can judge if he played it bad or good, by just watching this hand play out, then thats just sad.. dude.. They have so much more information then we do, and the only justification you can give, is the end result.. If he had 69hh or somthing along that line, then I'm guessing you'd say the play was pretty good..

I was actually wondering how the pot got so big when Tony G checked/called the flop and checked the turn when the J hit. I figured Ivey must check behind and spike a 10, have Tony G bet the river into him and then get raised all-in by Ivey and called. When Tony G check/raised all in on the turn I was surprised by Ivey's call as he couldn't beat the J, a possible made straight, and of course 33 55 77 or as it turned out 75. He must have put Tony G on a semi-bluff like 5c8c or 89 double gutshot.

Ivey bet the flop and Tony just called. On such a drawy board, you would expect a hand like 2 pair or a set to raise it, so Tony's flop call made Ivey lean more towards the draw part of Tony's range.
The over-raise on the turn from Tony also looked like he was trying to push Ivey out, a play that's very likely if Tony had a draw.
