I had this album "Vampyrrock" as a major inspiration for WHY to play bass guitar. And also for learning HOW to play bass guitar!! PJ is marvellous on his Music Man Stingray (even though I tried to copy his playing style using my Ibanez Roadster). I wouldn't be surprised if Steve Harris learned some good grooves from listening to this LP as well :-) Great stuff.
