Evolution is the most unscientific load of bull crap that has ever been concocted by rebellious, ungodly, depraved mankind. Global warming on the other had is very scientific. The First Law of Thermodynamics proves global warming. Excess energy from the sun is turned into heat. As more energy is consumed here on Earth, the Earth and our atmosphere become warmer. Even Thomas Jefferson remarked that old men in his days said winters were colder and longer when they were boys.

@TheFluffyDuck I don't think we can hope that Perry will accept modern science/biology. It would be like Ahmadinejad saying that it's ok to have freedom of mind and to leave Islam without punishment. It won't happen. I think the way forward (in many countries, not just the USA and Iran) will be a younger generation, who are free to learn about science and to discuss questions about world view with others, without being censored/limited by their parents' supernatural views.
