When I 1st heard Betty Davis I had N E V E R heard anyone say the things she was saying or sing the way she did; it spoke to my heart it was how I felt at the time... I was 17 years old and in the 1970’s NO ONE ever had the nerve to say the things she was saying and in the way she sung it!!!
