Most of today's Epiphones Sg's and Lp's are the very best in top professional quality there only down fall there way under priced for the top quality they deliver today. I would never choose a Gibson over today's Epiphones.

I have a 2010 Epiphone G-400 Standard 62 sg and (2) 2011 Epiphone limited Edition 50th Anniversary 1961 Reissue sg's. I would NEVER when Recording or playing live use any else but my Epiphone sg's. And NEVER would i ever choose a Gibson over a Epiphone.

I've said it before and i'll say it again - not many people hold onto notes with vibrato before - this adds soul to the music more than any other technique.

Zakk proves you can use this style within the heavy metal genre.

I've seen so many Uni grad guitarists who are note perfect with their theory, but because they have no soul when they play it sounds computer generated and heartless.

Its a shame, but vibrato infused lead guitar is dieing out.
