I'd like to make a character in my book (work in progress) with a flaming weapon. Mind if I ask a few questions? ^^

How do you light those (what chemicals do you dunk the blades in?) How do you keep from burning yourself? What are your thoughts, and concerns when you're wielding, and half dancing with the fiery weapons?

the blades are made of kevlar which, once oiled, burns without being destroyed.

Our outfits are fire proof, and we are also very careful when dancing with fire ; we train withotu fire before

Personaly, I don't think of any other when I am dancing with fire, I'm totally overwhelmed by what i'm doing
