City Police were also closing adjacent streets using mounted police and radio was saying avoid the area. Businesses in the area made individual decisions as to stay open. I believe for a short time the closest Metro stations were closed. All these factors cost the city and individuals expense and or income.

I think the writing said that some of the protesters were pulling down the eviction notices that the police were putting up. Plus when the video started the guy with the camera said he was going to get arrested, so he must have done something. I'm sick of these videos. @goodday178 OK, like I said in my previous statement, he must have done something wrong because the guy recording it said they were probably going to arrest him. The video does not explain what that is but it's something and it was LEFT OUT. Also when they were trying to put his hands behind his back, he was resisting. You CANNOT resist a cop when he/she is trying to cuff you. He did it then he got the taser. Plus the video recorder doesn't have a mic in the cops face to hear them.

From police checkpoints to traffic cameras across America, cities are using these tactics as a way of raising revenue that has been lost due to the trillions given to Wall Street in the bailout. @Scalpking47 There is now a cost associated with the camping. On TV it looked like 4 Sanitation workers doing the heavy lifting. So say 32 Hrs of Regular time and 16 Hrs Over time. City Police were also closing adjacent streets using mounted police and radio was saying avoid the area. Businesses in the area made individual decisions as to stay open. I believe for a short time the closest Metro stations were closed. All these factors cost the city and individuals expense and or income.

This incident needs to be investigated and that officer (the one with the Taser) needs to be relieved of duty. It is my understanding that Tasers are not to be used aggressively or offensively, they are only to be used to bring forcefully resisting persons under control. That guy was not resisting in the least bit, and two officers clearly already had him under complete control. It it our "public servants" who are no longer under control!
