  • Saw this on AMC this morning after NOTLD '68, whip-ass!!!

  • "It's an adventure that will burst your blood vessels with suspense!" God, I wish I had written that!

  • Needless to say, they eat brains. The braineaters that is.

  • I remember all these science fiction movies from when I was a kid. We would go to the gym at school on Sat. afternoons where they would charge a quarter to see these low budget cheesy flicks. This was on AMC this morning when I got up....10-24

  • @marcsdriver Hi Madame Dementia here,we used to do that our school too,but they only charged a dime and that inc.popcorn. Not a bad deal.I remember seeing Day The Earth Stood Still as well as a lot of others. We will be showing this on our channel,we are listed under madamedementia1.

  • "The Brain Eaters" aired on the AMC channel, July 29, 2009!

I recorded this movie on my TiVo!

  • I want to see Leonard Nimoy's cameo in this. I can't picture him being 27.

  • It really isn't a cameo when the actor is not yet famous. You also cannot actually see very much of him. He has a lot of make-up in the form of a long grey beard and he is wering a hooded robe. The fog swirling around him further eclipses his appearance. The only thing you are really going to recognize is his voice which sounds surprisingly mature.

  • Does anyone know where I can find this film? It's no longer available commercially and it doesn't appear to be in the public domain. I even scoured Usenet, and every public and private torrent tracker I could think of to no avail.

  • if the amc channel is available to you, then according to there site, this movie is set to air july 29th at 6 am.

check out there site. cause of different time zones, may wanna check the accurate time its airing for your area

  • CountChupulla: Thanks a lot for the info! I'm going to DVR it the first chance I get. Thanks again!

  • Did you try GOOGLE search? I found a few places on it.

  • It's available from Sinister Cinema. I picked it up recently, and it's a pretty good copy.

  • @drshagstein go to revenge horror dot com..look for it in the collector's editions.

  • Screening TONIGHT at The Lawn Chair Drive-In in Philadelphia........ FREE!

  • Hahahahaha! I have to see this! :D

  • "a robut" hahaha!

i'd really like to see this, but can't find it anywhere. reminds me a little bit of the crawling eye.

  • robuttocks

  • "Robut"

  • @Bowman247 LOL :)

  • @Bowman247 It always cracked me up when Rod Serling pronounced it this way but technically speaking it is actually the correct pronunciation since the term was invented by Russia in the 1920's.

  • Nice
