Who's that talking at the end? The drummer? I guess that would make sense since he's hitting the hi hat but he didn't write the song so why would he telling the others how to play it? Perhaps it's Ralph or Ray...

@WillTWiggins Hi Will, I don't know who's talking either, but I didn't get the impression he was telling the others how to play it. He was just pointing out that two of the parts were not playing the same rhythm pattern and that the parts were thus out of sync and sounded jumbled. He was right to do so IMHO. Have a good day! :)
