One should also remember that Eastern Europe seems to take the competition more seriously and therefore sends better songs. And UK, Benelux, France and Germany always give tons of points to Turkey, Armenia etc. That's disapora voting, not bloc voting.

@martpast1 i'm just baffled. first of all, i don't believe in any voting blocks. first of all there are yes, certain regularities but it will make nobody win the whole eurovision. and i have nothing against german song or germany. i just don't like the fact that estonia gives 12 points to russia almost every year no matter the song they have

@sorenti hm, an unexpectable turn. i think thats because 1)still a lot of Russians are in Baltic republics 2)i observed young Lithuanians and they speak Russian as if they like it and they like old Soviet films--even if you made these exams of your language for Russians.

The Balkan block needs to stop block voting.. They still all gave 10's and 12's to their neighbours and the Juries did nothing to stop it..

Also Ireland should have been in the Final thats obvious

and again Alexander, Aysel, Johanna and Jade has the best songs so all deserved to be in the top 5

But Urban Symphony was much better than Hadise

Juries aren't pro (at least most of them) so it's not better, the only good juries revealed so far were from Serbia,Croatia,Romania, Denmark which really KNOW somthing about music and still have some success, not those ESC singers/TV producers/Journalist etc

The worse of them being Belgium (no pro at all) , then Finland,France,Slovenia,Spain,­Sweden (only one pro out of 5)... please EBU, juries must go home, or at least must have a 33% say, which is WAAAYYY enough to stop diaspora

This new system seems better than older one but we can decide it more clearly in later years. So after all I just want to congratulate Northern countries and their people; they are just voting the songs they liked. (For Example: Finland got the last place this year while Sweden got the 21th)

Whereas the new system has been good against neighbouring voting, there could be the chance that the juries all decide to choose one specific country to win the contest.

I'm not denying Norway's win though, but maybe one shouldn't give the jury too much power...
