If you are bleeding to death after getting stabbed by a mugger, god still loves you even though he doesnt stop your bleeding. Y'know, Christian rock is a strange phenomenon. It's like a cross between country and post rock. Also, the singing induces a breathless state, causing a light-headed 'high', and the breaks give a moment to 'enjoy the high', followed by the climax with a huge anti-climax; similar to really good sex. God had said the punishment for sin is death. Since we all have sinned (Romans 3:23, 6:23), we needed someone sinless to die in our place. Jesus, being sinless, died in our place and became the saving grace of the world.

And here is the problem... once you die without Jesus Christ, your fate is sealed forever and ever and that is eternity in hell which is torment day and night with satan forever and ever where the fires of hell is not quenched (Revelations 20:10/Revelations 21:8) and all bodily senses are intact to feel the burning sensations of the fiery fires of hell (Luke 16:19-26). If the atoning death of Christ is a crap as you say, what then is your sure/guaranteed way to salvation/heaven?
There isn't one cause there is no salvation/heaven. I'm not bashing your belief, if you believe then believe but I have seen no proof to justify that a man lived all those years ago that could walk on water then a bunch of ppl beat him to death.
That is why there is such a thing as "FAITH" in the Christian life which is defined by God in His bible in Hebrews 11:1-3 "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things UNSEEN. Jesus died on the cross for there was no other way by which men could be saved for God said His never to be broken word in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is DEATH..." and all of us have sinned (Romans 3:23). Either, we have to die (physically, we will) spiritually (separation from God/thrown into hell) or someone dies for us. Jesus death was an atoning sacrifice for all of us (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). To be saved, we need to accept Jesus Christ and His substitionary atonement for our sins.
D proof that u seek 4 is in d resurrection of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). He is d only one who has ever resurrected from d dead. When He went 2 d cross, He offered Himself as a SACRIFICE 2 God 4 our sins. And His resurrection is d proof that d GODHEAD/GOD ACCEPTED His sacrifice. Only Christianity, of all d more than 28,000 religions in d whole world gives concrete/material proof /evidence of its integrity/credibility. All other religions are creation/product of man's imagination.
Where you say that there is no salvation.. no heaven... do you have any proof that there is none? Now, what if there is (and the bible says that not only that salvation in Christ is proclaimed as the only way (John 14:6)... there is also heaven. and THERE IS ALSO HELL. Do you truly want to take the risk of not believing in Jesus Christ in Whom salvation of man rests alone (Acts 4:12) consequently run the risk of going to hell? Your regard of Jesus Christ today defines your eternal destiny.

Am not really sure what u are leading at. But I have d bible, d in-errant word of God to guide into all truths versus error even as I have the Holy Spirit of God as all true believers of Jesus Christ to tell me/us what is from God and what is not. There may not be carriages, wheels, spears and the like to prove that God separated the Red sea but if God's word tell me that God did separate the Red sea, then I by faith, believe that God did so. In a deeper analysis, it was God the Father, us (you and me) and Jesus Himself who crucified Jesus. Y'know, Christian rock is a strange phenomenon. It's like a cross between country and post rock. Also, the singing induces a breathless state, causing a light-headed 'high', and the breaks give a moment to 'enjoy the high', followed by the climax with a huge anti-climax; similar to really good sex. Putting this to almost pornographic levels of hideous voyeuristic gore puts an interesting spin on the effects of these musical techniques.

May I liken jonray74, our Father to the woman in Matthew 8:20-21 who had so much as faith saying "If I could only touch His garment, I shall get well" and You healed her. God had said the punishment for sin is death. Since we all have sinned (Romans 3:23, 6:23), we needed someone sinless to die in our place. Jesus, being sinless, died in our place and became the saving grace of the world.

And here is the problem... once you die without Jesus Christ, your fate is sealed forever and ever and that is eternity in hell which is torment day and night with satan forever and ever where the fires of hell is not quenched (Revelations 20:10/Revelations 21:8) and all bodily senses are intact to feel the burning sensations of the fiery fires of hell (Luke 16:19-26). If the atoning death of Christ is a crap as you say, what then is your sure/guaranteed way to salvation/heaven?

Jesus died on the cross for there was no other way by which men could be saved for God said His never to be broken word in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is DEATH..." and all of us have sinned (Romans 3:23). Either, we have to die (physically, we will) spiritually (separation from God/thrown into hell) or someone dies for us. Jesus death was an atoning sacrifice for all of us (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). To be saved, we need to accept Jesus Christ and His substitionary atonement for our sins.

Where you say that there is no salvation.. no heaven... do you have any proof that there is none? Now, what if there is (and the bible says that not only that salvation in Christ is proclaimed as the only way (John 14:6)... there is also heaven. and THERE IS ALSO HELL. Do you truly want to take the risk of not believing in Jesus Christ in Whom salvation of man rests alone (Acts 4:12) consequently run the risk of going to hell? Your regard of Jesus Christ today defines your eternal destiny.

Am not really sure what u are leading at. But I have d bible, d in-errant word of God to guide into all truths versus error even as I have the Holy Spirit of God as all true believers of Jesus Christ to tell me/us what is from God and what is not. There may not be carriages, wheels, spears and the like to prove that God separated the Red sea but if God's word tell me that God did separate the Red sea, then I by faith, believe that God did so. (Just like days of old as described in Hebrews 11).

the Romans took Jesus on cristmas then came the day of his crusifiction and Jesus said when they were nailing him to that cross he said they dont know ! they dont know! and while after they nailed him he preyed for them he said forgive them father they dont know what they do. and then he died on that cross and 3 days after they put him behind the rock he cam back to life he is are lord and we love him and he loves us no matter what. amen

"kankuron," thank u 4 ur comment. It gives me an opportunity 2 explain in biblical terms as 2 who crucified Jesus Christ. In a deeper analysis, it was God the Father, us (you and me) and Jesus Himself who crucified Jesus. These verses explain the verdict on God- John 3:16/Romans 5:8 (many other verses but these two are more popular). These verses explain why "us/you and me" - Romans 3:23/Romans 6:23/1 Corinthians 15:1-3. And Matthew 6:39 explains why Jesus crucified Himself (more on next post)

Matthew 26:39 "...not My will but Your be done." Jesus was in effect volunteering to be crucified for all of the sins of mankind in obedience to the will of God the Father Who wanted to save u/you and me.
