I saw them playing last night in San Cesario near Modena (Italy). I'm speechless. It's a real pleasure watching and hearing them play so easily and perfectly. Wonder why they are not more popular - they should be.
Brendan, I'M SO ASHAMED to have missed this one, i'm so sorry. I stumbled on it this morning and I've chocked this is extremely beautiful, clever and genuine. You're awesome. Even if I'll receive the PowerBender, I doubt I can get even close to this song...Do you have it in high audio quality? Much love, Christelle
I don't even know how i got to these clips on youtube several months ago - they are definitely not 'mainstream' , but every bit with this guy Brendan i watch is spot-on perfect! Keep on going, man, my wish is never to lose this thing that drives you
Two musical genius's at work. A joy to listen to. And the best thing is how much they really, really enjoy and love what they are doing. Effortless. Absolutely fantastic lads.
absolutely brilliant! I've been listening to it on repeat for a week and I still hear new things! Brendan, I was wondering what tuning you're using...I thought I had it figged on a richter C but there's a sequence where you bend and I'm hitting only draws on the 6/7/8
wonderful!

Again.. Awesome in the first degree. Love the concertina work and how you meld the sounds, interweave lines and trade leads. Beautiful.

It's one of my own tunings. I'll be doing a book/CD on them this year hopefully and will include tabs etc for this tune and lots of others. BP

@BrendanPowerMusic Is it the bender tuning? I remember you saying something like that at towersy. :L

Brendan, do you think you would have gone another way if that one reed hadn't been stuck at around 4:09?
Amazing to see two great musicians collaborate in such perfect manner!

The first one seems to be an impro based on a trad tune. I can't recall the name, but I've definitely heard it before quite a few times.
Wonderful musicianship!
