Rainbow tour footage should be burned and locked away for no one to see or hear. The whole tour set-up was bad, the outfits were bad and her vocals were is such bad condition. She really didnt care at this point of her career. Thank God she did a whole 360 and was able to give us amazing vocals by 2001.

I think her voice was very overused at this time, she could hardly belt. Her performances of this song were wayy better in the CB, and TEOM era, like a ton.
