@deathkiller43 This could be used for that, but you would not be able to retain the ipod logo that is on the back normally as you'd be painting over it with the liquid chrome.

@josueguzman602 ,hahaha, i can see how that would be used, they could out-line a tail light with it for a "chrome" look, or a nice wavy strip down the side of a van, or even re-cover a bumper for that new "Chrome' shine. Thanks for the tip, not so much for myself but for our neighbors south of the border and cali,tex,arz and just about every place you look.

@blueeyesseto ,Yes i agree. Someone could get organized and do parts and custom parts for people and make a lot of money. Take a 6 buck timing cover and "chrome/paint" it and sell it for 25 buck or more.

People just go down to your local plating shop and support them...you'll be a lot happier in the end with a good triple plated surface that reflects like a mirror and you wont pollute the environment when you dump this stuff down your drain.

it is just an air dry base coat, to be honest it dose look good untill you aply a clear coat, i use it and it is good for small things but the prosses is so clinical that its not really worth the agro

this is a cheesy fake demo... PEOPLE.. pleas don't believe this... its not chrome.. its just a silver finish. my friend has thisand he used this... crap.. not very happy... if want real glossy shiny mirror polish chrome... got to alsa corp website..

they didnt spray that crome... they bought two of them which were already chrome, sprayed one black .. to show us.. and simply showed you the end result which was purchased in chrome by them... ive had a few of those exact timing covers on my motors growing up, and ive bought them that way.
