The call center who handles tech support for this is located in Tempe, Arizona. They do not work for AT&T, they work for Pace/2Wire. They will get FIRED if they admit to this. Call them and give it a go. ;)

I f***ing hate it now. Like i now i am a kid but i use ATT and the internet has stopped on me 2twice and i does the same thing. Also, the Internet box broke and this both happend around christmas break.
Oh PaLEASE!!!! It's called DIGITAL TV, you dipshit!!!! This happens with satellite, cable and fiber systems. I've got news for you...I don't pay for tv...when I'm dumb enough to actually watch TV, I watch TV off air and i see THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!! And besides, other people's Uverse works great
