I used acitone on one of my pre painted face ups and it came right off... you can find it anywhere where the fake nails are... :D.... It also works on barbies :D

@6751mmk: I use 22mm acrylic eyes. same for pullip. I don't have a trick for even eyebrow, just draw slowly. mine's not exactly even anyway.

I use fine sandpaper paper for removing their face up. If you're new to customization, I suggest you do some research on that before rushing to do customizing.
