If you ever get a chance to see this band live, do it. Rarely do things like this come together. I saw them in Dallas on May 1, 2008, and everyone was thinking that they were going to see Jack White & Friends, but after the show everyone knew that they had seen a great rock and roll band. A total team effort, and a very, very good one at that.

I saw them at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel here in Las Vegas. I totally agree with what you've said. My impression, at first, was that the majoirty of the crowd was there to see Jack White. After the show was over, it seemed a lot of people "got it." What a great time we all had!

At the House of Blues, the house announcer even asked some chick who she was there to see, and she said "Jack White" then he hadda correct her. I'll bet after that show, she needs no more correction.

The first time I saw them was at Lollapalooza '06 (then again in '08), and their band chemistry was just incredible. They were having a hell of a time putting music together for their fans and each other.

I, too saw them at Lollapalooza ('08) and they were simply wonderful. You can they that they are a group of people who genuinely love and respect eachother.

I was able to weasel on up to the front, but would still love to see them at a more intimate gig.

Dry your eyes. Compared to jack white, benson is virually talentless. Actually, compared to most people, benson is virtually talentless. The White Stripes are a trillion times the band The Raconteurs are. All because they're benson free!

Are you kidding, everyone else in this band are wiked talented, brendans singing is awesome, he is a better singer then jack, im not sure whos voice i like more, but brendans sing is technically better then jacks. and they all write songs together. The drummer and bass player are awesome.

i used to believe that benson was nothing in comparison to jack white, but i was at this show and benson did infact play many of the solos and impressive riffs in almost every song. i was shocked to see he could come close to jack whites guitar work. even so, i am a much bigger fan of the white stripes..

Jack White and The Raconteurs are my new fav band after seeing them live I would recommend it to anybody, I'm going to see them again in Montreal when they come up here in June they were that good.

I wish they would come to Indiana. Well I can't blame them if I wasn't born here I doubt I'd plan a visit. The stripes always come thru here at least. So the drive to Ohio to see The Raconteures dosen't sting so much.

I believe they are going to be in Chicago for lollapoolza. But If you don't in the northern part of your fine state it would be a hell of a drive. I live in north centeral Indiana and know it takes 3 hours to get to chicago from here. Plus I think tickets are a couple hundred bucks. Thats to much to see only one good band.Sorry great band. P.S go Cubs go!!!!
