شما باید هم تناقض ببینید چون تعصب به آن چیزی دارید که عمری از منابع حکومتی شنیدید

ولایت فقیه به شکلی که حکومت تفسیر میکنه پایگاهی در دین اسلام و فقه شیعه ندارد و تز شخصی آقای خمینی است

یعنی صرفا یه نظریه سیاسی و مدلی برای اداره جامعه است و از هیچیک از منابع اسلامی قابل استنباط نیست

من این رو در درس معارف 2 دانشگاه ثابت کردم و همه پذیرفتند

اتفاقا ما احادیثی داریم که با تز ولایت فقیه خمینی تناقض داره

اگه مشروح مذاکرات خبرگان قانون اساسی را بخوانید میبینید آیت الله طالقانی به شدت با گنجاندن تز ولایت فقیه ساخته و پرداخته خمینی در قانون اساسی مخالفت کرد به گونه ای که بیشتر خبرگان متقاعد شده بودند که این اصل را از پیش نویس قانون اساسی حذف کنند. جالب اینکه همان شبی که طالقانی در جلسه خبرگان نطق کرده بود به طرز مشکوکی فوت کرد که عده ای آن را کار طرفداران این اصل دانستند و ای بسا اگر ایشان زنده میماند این اصل که تز شخصی خمینی بوده و ربطی به اسلام نداره در قانون اساسی نمی آمد

بعد از تصویب این اصل در قانون و مخالفت برخی از مراجع تقلید با این اصل که تز شخصی خمینی بوده مخالفت کردند که همگی مورد اذیت و آزار و حصر خانگی قرار گرفتند و حتی برخی در حیاط منزل خود دفن شدند. اکنون حکومت تمام فقها را ساکت کرده و آنهایی که مخالف بودند فوت شده اند و اینگونه قلمداد کرده که این اصل برآمده از اسلام است و ولایت را در بازنگری قانون اساسی مطلقه کرده و نتیجه اش آن شده که شما بین الله اکبر و مخالفت با اصل ولایت فقیه تناقض میبینید

ولایت مطلقه فقیه که در قانون اساسی آمده ربطی به اسلام و فقه شیعه ندارد و نظریه شخصی خمینی است که به عنوان ضمانتی برای اجرای احکام اسلامی ارائه شده است. دقیقا مشابه نظریه صهیونیزم که ربطی به مندرجات دیانت یهود ندارد و یک تز و مدل و ضمانت اجرایی برای اجرای احکام تورات است. ولایت فقیه و صهیونیزم دو تز برای ضمانت اجرای احکام اسلام و یهودیت هستند و هر دو ادعا میکنند که برآمده از متن دین هستند.

خمینی گفت ولی فقیه غیر معصوم دقیقا همان اختیارات امام معصوم را دارد. گفت ولایت فقیه برای اجرای حدود است درحالیکه بسیاری از فقهای شیعه اجرای حدود را خاص امام معصوم میدانند چون در مواردی کسی که حدش اعدام بوده توسط معصوم عفو شده پس دلیل اصلی این تز که همان اجرای حد است زیر سوال است. خمینی چندسال بعد حکومت گفت با فقه سنتی نمیشود حکومت کرد پس مجمع تشخیص مصلحت را انداخت که حکم خلاف قرآن وضع کنند و بگویند این حکم ثانویه و شرعی است.

خمینی گفت ولی فقیه میتواند فروع دین را تعطیل کند. فقها اعتراض کردند. آیت الله آذری قمی برای کم کردن از آتش اعتراض مدعی شد ولی فقیه میتواند اصل توحید را هم تعطیل کنند. این بود که تز ولایت فقیه با ادعای اجرای احکام اسلام آمد و آخرش این شد که گفتند ما میتوانیم مردم را به تعطیل اصل توحید یعنی شرک و بت پرستی هم امر کنیم و این برآمده از اسلام است. این بود واقعیت این تز که آخرش تعطیل اصل توحید را هم از اختیارات ولی فقیه دانستند و اگر از مردم نترسند این را اجرا خواهند کرد
