Mmmm I see no 'rebound' with each stroke... shouldn't that be part of the stick technique?

I have to say thank you, i dont have a drum kit yet, but i hope to save money for one. I suppose i dont really have a place for one yet anyway.. but now i know for future reference. (I do play rockband though... xbox360, gamertag Rahi1996, just for those who might play! i cant imagine Andols playing rb though lol)

Thx so much for this vid. It's been 3 years that I've been using the wrong hand technique. I was wondering why I couldn't build up speed/endurance anymore. This video opened my eyes and this shows that little things can make big improvements. I'm a lot more comfortable with my playing now.

dude andols lol iv been drumming for about 7 years now and i stil CAN NOT use my left hand like i use my rite lol so iv kinda addapted and started using rolls instead of actuall speed or fluency in my left hand lol how do you do it? lol

I gotta wonder why you stay with Ahead sticks? I got frustrated having to replace the tips and sleeves, and the fact that there is limited cymbal and bell definition when playing the sticks. I recently made the switch from Lars Ulrich Aheads to Ray Luzier Pro-Marks.

the end part reminds me of that GREAT recording of him playing needle and trying to squeeze out those single strokes at the end, and pulling that insane face XD (which btw is on the Resurrection DVD)
