For those of you that feel that the treadmill is up to fast that is about the same speed that we usually walk when out in the neighborhood...maybe a tad slower. They usually take me for a 'drag'...lol!

the treadmill is going a tad too quick take it down one or two notches and it will be a little easiar on him and he will be able to last longer on it
