Piper obviously is a lively and intelligent horse - he will appreciate to be asked for unusual rides.
Therefore you ride not "like a crazy person", but allow her to practice something different, which she likes very much. She will love you for that!
Riding bareback is not at all crazy but the best thing to do - she likes to feel you without saddle.
Your jump-on (0:31) is perfect and wonderful elegant. Excellent mount!
Your ride is fantastic - only the rear (0:37) could be higher
