@nzqi1 re the landing net, I had the same question and found regulatory docs requiring tensioned landing nets in the same guidance that discusses the non slip friction surface of the helipad. It appears to be required as a safety device to prevent the helicopter from rolling/sliding, and for personnel to grab ahold of if they slip.

@parmo4life this is a norway registered aircraft because the reg starts with OY and not G for UK

That is not correct. The norwegian aircrafts starts with LN. OY registered aircrafts are danish.
