This is not a clip from A Ring of Endless Light, this is a clip from another Disney Movie called The Thirteenth Year. It's the same guy and everything. Plus, a Ring of Endless Light doesn't have mermaids in it.

This is from A Ring of Endless Light, not thirteenth year, trust me. Ryan Merriman was in both movies, but Mischa Barton definitely wasn't. She could understand the dolphins in this movie.

no, its not. im pretty sure this movie was made way before the thirteenth year was. and anyway this movie is based on the book, A Ring Of Endless Light. i forgot the author but its an amazing book and i love this movie. i wish they'd show it again!
