after lebron dribbles the ball the same time his foot lands he jump stops and can still use his pivot foot. It is not a travel all he did is jump stop and use his pivot foot to get closer to the hoop!! If he didn't bounce the ball at the same time his foot hits the ground he would not be able to take an extra step after his jump stop because his jump stop was the last step he gets.
