Because they actually bought his crap. He grew up in the hood, but everyone in there stepped forward and said that he never was a blood, that everything he raps about comes from his older brother, who actually lived it. His brother let him do that, so for a while everyone bought his story, then he got kicked from G-Unit and from then on started one of the most violent Hip-Hop fuedes in the industry, where people actually died.
