@thelottia I highly recommend this phone myself.

The power is competitively strong compared to a lot of phones. Unplugged, you can easily use the phone for nearly four hours straight without the batter running out. When not in use, and without infrequent online data transfers, you can easily get about three or four days. With data transfers turned of, you can get upwards of a week.

Shame that you show the Media Player and select a song but don't allow us to hear the phone. You slate the I9000 for having rubbish sound and the Desire is praised for having wonderful MP3 playback, but then appear to agree with everyone else that the Samsung romps away with the spoils overall. I want to see my phone outdoors, but I do need it to play MP3's or it is back 10 years to carrying two devices again. I can do without flash photos but not music.

No phone will compare with my Canon EOS for taking pictures but I don't want to carry it everywhere I go. A Nokia 5800 does take reasonable photos and plays MP3 reasonably well. The Palm I had before that did both music and phone well. Ericsson I had before that did both, to lesser degree. 10 yrs ago one had to carry two devices to listen to music and make calls out of the house. If I want to listen to quality music I'll go home and turn my Kef's on, not stuff buds in my ears

@Liiiii7 haha dude I know.. btw I live in Europe and I know that froyo 2.2 upgrade coms in august for galaxy S .. my prevision comment is all a joke :) I kno 2.2 android will make galaxy S faster, because I will use all its RAM and thats 512mb and that means some serious speed on galaxy S.. android 2.1 supported only 256MB of ram .. so galaxy S couldn't use all of its own ram :)

@diaem I admit the iPhone is a piece of art, but this one here will definitely be cheaper. Plus the screen is of much better quality, and even if it doesn't have the higher resolution the iPhone 4 has, it is still amazingly sharp and much brighter.

If for the apps, you might think that Apple's got the upperhand, because of the wide variety of apps, but do you know how many of those apps are completely retarded? Android marketplace is growing quickly, with some nice features as well.

I personally like the TouchWiz or Bada look; scrolling sideways with pages for apps is a lot better than scrolling down without pages, it helps to remember where the app you want is...

The new iPhone is going to have to be pretty amazing to surpass these new Android phones, I'm pretty sure they're gonna fall short....
