Actually I didn't. I dug all that whilst watching copious amounts of anime. Though looking back at my 1-year ago self I am thinking 'wtf?' The TNT was disabled by anti-griefing mods.

I did however spawn the items that were otherwise unobtainable like the bricks. But other than that, my little Civilizations were all cobblestone and half tiles (used to be made from cobblestone) with some wood and some gold.

Very nice build! I like it a lot, but the styles do not match! The Mayans built step pyramids and the Incas built terrace farms, both in much different terrain and location. You should take this into consideration when or if you do another one of these :)
