I have to admit I didnt expect any of you to go for backflips. It's a massive step between doing backdrops and then actually going for the flips.

Ricky, yours look sweet. I dont think any need for me to slide the mat at all. Joe, you seem to open up when you spot the ground and then reach for it with your hands lol. Dont grab it, land on it :)
