does anyone know the title of a cartoon with a polar bear flying around in a hot air balloon with his friend who is a ghost..i think the bear's name is eddie....?? I'm trying to search for this piece of my childhood

the bear's island!! eddie the bear lives on rabbit's island until the little ghost tells him he should live on bear's island! so he leaves the island with his friend max (the rabbit) and they travel in a balloon and have lots of adventures!

it was actually a French cartoon! if you do a youtube search for L'Île Aux Ours you will find it!
