Wow, you're extremely boring. Listening to you talk was like staring into the sun...very painful. People are people and can wear what they want. I hope you can look back at this video and see how truly sad it is.
Yeah, because 30 is the new 80 and you should be wearing clothes that just scream : I am a boring old fart and can not wear what I want, because the fucking gay click is watching me in stead of minding their own business! To hell with ever one that decides for me what I can and can not wear!
I agree, I am 48 and those dudes bother me too. But remember men in general are turned on by youth. Playboy has not sold many woman over 50 issues now have they.
You have gap teeth like me do you like you gap teeth.if so why.I hope I didn't sound meen.I'm asking only for my own gap teeth.I want to fix them maby .I got usto them and my boyfrend loves just loves them so I keep them.
Nobody said those brands were age specific.Certainly not the companies themselves they want to make money.People wear those clothes at any age simply to look hot and stylish. If they look hot then great.
That whole aging thing doesn't really apply to gay men since there is nothing gay man in his 50's will be doing that a gay man in his 20's wouldn't be.
What if someone judged you for wearing tatoos or sleveless shirts? In the grand scheme of things, there is so much more to be concerned about in our community than what someone is wearing. Be the support for gay youth (and your gay elders) that you complain you aren't getting from others. Believe it or not, if you posess a positive attitude about your own self worth, what other people wear won't even be a consideration at all. When you reach 45 (and 55 and 65), that support comes back to you
the gay community, we are already pre-judged by the wider anti-gay society. Instead, try to think of it this way: many gay people have delayed adolescence, because they have waited to be their authentic self, and to be judged by the very community that they look for acceptance from not only hurts them, it actually hurts the one judging, too. what makes what you are doing any different from someone who judges YOU as bad/ stupid/ evil/ wrong/ unhealthy for simply being gay?
This is my perspective...i'm almost 45 years old. I agree, people who wear labels are trying to make a statement, and trying to look younger than they actually are. I don't like it when ANYONE wears branded clothing, because it only encourages peer pressure in an effort to make a profit, and for me, the best thing about being gay is that I make my own rules for what I wear, say, do, think, and feel. Judging others for what they wear really is not a good thing to do, because, expecially in
You sound like such a superficial person. But I agree with you. I just don't think you are being very articulate about this. But you are totally right.
I understand what you are saying, but don't be too quick to judge. I get what you are saying though, older guys should not try to dress like a teenager either. As a 27 year old guy, I don't ware brand names normally, just because its expensive and not worth it. Just my 2 cents :)
Gay men are dressing to attract other gay men and if an older man is in a bar full of young people one would want to appear younger by dress, language or the company he keeps.
These men are well aware of there age, but you also have to consider that they just might have a preference for looking younger and attracting younger men.
And you must remember it's a scene not a life, unless you allow it to dictate your life and the type of individuals you choose to be around.
If you don't like other people judging you for being gay (a form of behaviour), then why do you judge others wearing whatever they want (another form of behaviour). Don't you think this type of double standard shows a lack of maturity? Or is it just obvious hipocrisy?
Im 31 and wear AE when Im hanging around, I agree maybe not in a bar. However, an 18 year old wearing an AE shirt size XXL is a problem too. AE are really good quality and last for a long time. I couldn't afford AE when I was younger so now I can, and the got funny shirts. Love Express for men so I do enjoy both sides.
I agree. I'm in my 40s, but since I act and dress and think like a grown man, I don't embarrass myself by looking and acting like a boy. I agree with you.
dont you think this world is screwed up enough? We dont need idiots out there LIKE YOU judging others on what they wear when there are problems like starvation and disease. Get a life.
would u flip out if u saw a middle aged person reading a harry potter book? even though harry potter series is prob mostly directed towards the younger readers maybe? :P or do they just enjoy reading ? :) maybe they just like the shirt :P

Age is just a number; however, I just take it as a marker of maturity age.
