I have the hardest question... If I wanted to draw i hand and Palm with fingers (Facing towards the Portrait) how do you get the curves in the fingers to make it look like there half bent. (Cause in my picture some guys dying)
@allibath This is hard because the direction of the digits and the contour of the digits are not exactly the same. I would first draw the fingers like they are made up of cylinders, one for each digit. The sides of the cylinders are the direction each digit is going. Then I would add curvature to those lines to show how the thickness of the fingers change. Good luck!
when seeing this video i had to think about old shool 3d videogames. the first virtue fighter for example. back then they had to simplify their figures to squares, boxes etc. they of course went for a more comicy style with that but its basically the same what you see in this video. its not gonna make a detailed realistic figure but it helps a lot when you want to figure out proportions.
