The echo effect that runs though out this video is one inch from surreal. Like the last post said, very strange, but you can tell that his heart and intent to educate is in the right place. Its better than some film college pieces that touch on the fringe of quirky weirdness. :D
and duder you could make this wine so much better by letting it sit in a warm place for few months then rack (move) into another container and then finally bottle
Thank you for sharing this recipe. While I'm in the process of making my wine and keeping the lid loose for the first 7 days before putting it in the fridge, I was wondering if the lid should continue to remain loose in the fridge for another 7 days, as well? Or, should I close the lid tightly once put in the fridge?
@fox9577 you have to cool it while the yeast is settling out of it, or it will keep working and creating air bubble and never settle...then you siphon the wine off or pour it off slowly
You should at least rack into a 2 litre bottle after primary fermentation and put a balloon with pinholes on top. Leave it until there is no more carbon dioxide, then de-gass and bottle.
Good video, however, I do recommend you check your audio levels! In the beginning, I hear an echo in the background. It sounds as though you are lestening to yourself through some speakers or something. Later on, I hear some audio feedback, which means you are getting the mic too close to the speakers.
gonna give this recipe a try...the doc seems like cool dude! the recording skills are funny azshit tho! <3

Informative and, somehow, deeply baffling, unsettling, comical, and heart-warming.

I don't understand why you put it in the refrigerator. It's suppose to be in a warm place to ferment.

@scryerofold
it is used to stop the fermentation process so it doesnt get sour ;)

You skipped many crucial steps.
You should at least rack into a 2 litre bottle after primary fermentation and put a balloon with pinholes on top. Leave it until there is no more carbon dioxide, then de-gass and bottle.
