  • wanting one*

  • Almost the same results as my S80 T6, I'm at 234whp/316wtq on CA91. Just an ECU tune. Isn't all that torque so nice!

  • @bob333336 I like the newer Volvos a lot. That's a sweet torque curve, even deeper than mine. I wish all I had to do was tune the ECU!

  • @vanwiseman Thanks man! And my numbers on the "Heartbreaker" Dyno Dynamics dyno aswell, so apparently people are telling me numbers should be a bit higher on a Dynojet Dyno. Whatever, all I know is it surprises the hell out of people when they can't keep up, esspesially the AWD crowd like the Evo's and STI's. My friend in his 350z went from teasing my Volvo to wanting on! LOL!

  • @bob333336 No doubt those guys are jealous. Best part - the improved throttle response that comes with a ruler flat torque curve makes daily driving MUCH better. The car moves from point A to B more quickly than most high-revving machines. Here's a fun fact: the Riviera ran the 1/4 mile in 13.9 sec, crossing the line in 2nd gear at 99 mph!

  • @vanwiseman Nice! I'll be going to 1/4 mile Auto Club Dragstrip on March 3rd for a few runs and then on the 9th this month I'll be at Irwindale dragstrip for the 1/8th mile there. Stock, on the 1/8th I ran a 9.4s@75.3mph with a 2.21s 60'. Given my 0-60 is 1.1-1.2s faster now, I'm hoping that'll reflect in my 1/8th mile. So I'll let you know what I run in both cases. ;)

  • @bob333336 Great, looking forward to seeing your times. If you have a minute, please check out my website to see what Rivieras can do: w w w . rivperformance . com

  • I turn my radio off every time I pill on to the highway

  • Dude its ok, dont hate on my mpg, last time i checked my car still held 16 gallons and on the highway got anywhere from 28-34 mpg. Everyone has a slightly diff setup bro.

  • My 2004 Impala SS weighs 3650 lbs. with me in it and i get 28-34 mpg @ 70-80mph depending on how much passing I do :)

  • @jschilling323 Impala SS getting 34mpg? I doubt it. The only way you could get that kind of mileage is if you drove 55 not 80, with the ac off and a feathery light foot.

  • do u know where u can get on of those pulleys at because my dad has a 97 supercharged

  • @clarksm12 Try Smoothflow Pulleys, INTENSE Racing, or ZZ Performance. Be careful when overdriving the blower. You need to prep/mod the car first to avoid knock issues.

  • Where did you get your cold air intake? I cant find any for my 97 riviera.

  • @colten18 A fellow Riviera owner welded up a small number of custom stainless steel intakes. One of them is under my hood. There are no prefab intakes for sale, but you can build your own from PVC pipe or parts from Spectre Performance. For write-ups, visit: ww w.rivperformance.c om

  • @vanwiseman Awesome thanks for the information!

  • i just wish they werent front wheel drive

  • @droyfiend138 I get a few people saying that; they think the car will understeer and spin lots off the line being FWD. It did when stock, but after suspension upgrades and tires it's fairly neutral in the corners. I can slide sideways in a turn, and power out of it pretty well. It also launches pretty hard off the line (2.1 sec 0-60'). Have autocrossed with some success, and drag raced, but so far not driven on a road course.

I love the FWD in snow!

  • @vanwiseman hmm idk im thinking about buying something like it i guess

  • I own the Riv's cousin, 03 LeSabre. I have been told that L67 swap is the best way to get power but that is too expensive and I can't do the swap myself. I would like to keep the L36 and put in ZZP ER Rockers with an HV3 and additional intake and exhaust modifications. Would this be beneficial and make the boat more fun? Or will it be a waste of money. I need Buick owner opinions.

  • @blah1752 If you want to keep the L36, rockers and the intake/exhaust mods would help wake up the engine. Good mods for the money, but I don't think it's going to be a huge gain. If you really want to make some power, I believe ZZP has a bolt on supercharger kit for the L36. Of course, it's a bit more money. Good luck!

  • @vanwiseman ZZP does have what they call the SS kit to put a supercharger on an L36.

No, these basics won't be a huge gain. But I think I will do them and have a ZZP turbo kit as the ultimate goal for the long haul. Might as well have some fun while working towards the goal, right?

  • @blah1752 Turbo if you want a track racer, but for the street I would go with a blower. The power delivery will be smoother and the torque will be instant with a blower vs. turbo. You can make all kinds of power using an M90 blower if you want to. I know a guy making 420 HP with an IC/ M90 set-up. Trust me, that's more than enough!

  • @vanwiseman I see what you are talking about. I have kicked around a lot of ideas and there was something about turbocharging that sounded really good. If I decide to supercharge, I will probably just keep my eyes out for an L67 with HD tranny. That would be the simpler thing to do I suppose. Do you have any other bits of advice?

  • @blah1752 Whatever path you choose, with forced induction it's very important to get a good scanning software like AutoTap to monitor what's going on, tune if necessary. The engine makes its best power running close to knocking - if you cross over that threshold, things can get ugly very quickly. Watch things closely and you can dial in just the right amount of boost for your mods.

  • @blah1752 I have an 2000 LeSabre and I am buying a 96 Riv and going to do the top swap. It makes more power then the stock l67 anyhow. If I blow the lower end even though I doubt I will then I will look into changer the lower end. I think it will be great to have a quick un-suspecting LeSabre.

  • @slicklex2000 Totally agree about the sleeper game. My plan exactly. I understand that a top swap will give more power because of the L36's higher compression but I would be worried that I would overtax the bottom end. I guess if boost is low and tuning is done right... But I have no idea how to tune vehicles... Post vid of it when you get that badboy running! I would love to see it.

  • @blah1752 The biggest thing to watch for with the L36 top swap is KR - it is harder to tune and very knock-prone. I don't like the approach, personally. You do get more power with less boost, which is good, but an L67 can still make a lot of power, and has a strong bottom end - the crank is good to ~1000 HP, and rods/pistons are very tough.

  • i have a 03 gs and i love it just tryin to get more bang for my buck. is the cheapest way just to get my pcm re flashed get a cai and like a 3.5" pulley? 180 thermo already installed.

  • @cspivey32 Cheapest back for the buck would be the CAI, because you can build one for free. The most affordable mod that you will feel in the seat is the 3.5" SC pulley (I wouldn't go any smaller). Custom PCM flash is a great mod, but at a price - I wouldn't waste money on a generic PCM; have someone who knows how custom tune your car. And get some Autolite 104 plugs if you change the pulley.

  • I'm not sayen it's a bad car it's just that it's gott a cooler sound and I saw one of those before this car so there oh and I have a 96 Buick park avenue ultra so nothen against it 8} and rivieras I actually wanted instead of what I have but yeah maybe the grand national was just suped up I don't kno

  • Get a voick gramd national 86 they were faster and kist as ice

  • @henshalldood Grand Nationals were not faster in stock form. The '86 GNs ran a 1/4 mile in 13.9 secs, same time as my Riviera at Norwalk. I don't think GNs are "just as nice" either. They had no leather seat option, no heated seats, smaller wheels, fuel economy was worse, and they are 25 years old. How reliable could it be? I like GNs, and they are fast, but cars have improved a lot since the '80s.

  • Just turned 201k miles. Still going...

  • 39gals is good lol, i doubt i got anywhere near that when i had a 3.8 lesabre but i get crazy mileage in my free 2003 hyundai lmao idont barely fit inthat shit rocker though, saving up for either 84 85 riv or 87gn. can only hope to get 380 tq out of the rivs 4.1

  • Show us viewers the numbers, because with no numbers, then we really dont know if your telling the truth

  • @Buickonthedragstrip The numbers: Tire pressure: 35 PSI Fuel: Shell 93 HVAC: windows up, moonroof open, Vent "ON" auto 68ºF Speed: 55 (95%) - 60 mph, in OD w/ TC lock Distance: 130.6 miles (Union, KY to C-bus, Oh) Elevation: start +837 ft, end +800 ft Conditions: 80-87ºF, ~60% humidity, partly cloudy, wind 0 mph Road: 99% hwy: straight & curving, rolling hills Fuel consumed: 3.348 gal Cost: $9.17 Economy: 39.008 MPG Can't do this with a stock car. PCM tuning required.
  • @vanwiseman Theres no way its 39mpg 26 tops

  • @Downfall8888 I'm ok with anyone who doesn't believe it. Doesn't change the fact that I can drive 130 miles on less than 3 1/2 gallons of gas. This has been repeated over, and over, and over, and over... always the same result within +/- 2 MPG.

  • @Downfall8888 it's a very aerodynamic car, i had a grand prix gtp with the same motor and i would get 36mpg, i mean if the trip he's making is a little bit down hill or he has some traffic in front of him to draft off of it's do able

  • @nickv11763 it is aerodynamic but i have this car and drive it every day and even if you drive as calmly as you can (which if you buy a supercharged car youre wasting your money) so hate to say it but theres no way itll even get 30 unless you have something special done

  • @Downfall8888 It has a lot of "special" done, and it's not a waste of money knowing you can get high 30's MPG on a long trip you decide to (like going to a track event), then use the blower to make the power and burn rubber. I'm perfectly fine with that, even if someone else would rather trailer their car and get 10 MPG pulling it with a truck. About 50% of hypermiling is driving technique, the rest is tuning and picking a car with tall gears and good low-end torque. Just ask any Vette owner.

  • @vanwiseman

There's no way a boat like this will get high 30's mpg unless it were a diesel. Tailgating 18 wheelers doesn't count.

  • @fubecabr There is absolutely a way; repeated tests with careful logging confirms it. And I'm not the only one - below is a link to a hypermiling forum where others are hitting high MPG with GM supercharged 3800 V-6. My car is a little heavier, but has lower coefficient of drag.

Google search: cleanMPG forums hypermiling Grand Prix

The secret is very advanced timing, ultra low compression, and the use of a boost bypass valve.

  • @fubecabr um you are wrong i get 35mpg, these things are geared so low they have no choice but to get good economy

  • Will all you illiterate ricers please kill yourselves. Thanks.

I weep for the future of the car hobby.

  • too bad its front-wheel drive...

  • I get this a lot, and I always remind people this is my all-around daily driver, not a weekend track car. There's a reason why you don't see Vettes in January when there's a foot of snow. The car handles great in snow with the right tires, yet the same car will run 0-60 MPH in 5.8 secs, 0-60 feet in 2.15 secs - not bad for a car getting 39 MPH on the highway (no joke). The front end is stout, too w/ 198k miles on original C/V joints, half shafts, inner tie rods, steering rack, & differential.

  • LOL i have a 98 riv with 75k miles and it doesn't get 39 Miles per gallon your retarded, i have the original window stick i bought my car BRAND new they get 27 MPG on the highway, 19 intown, your full of shit telling people it gets 40 miles to a gallon yea fuckin right, thats what those lil smart cars get douche

  • @treyofour, well maybe not 40 but i can get 35-37 in l67 swapped lesabre, you can make a 454 big block get 30 mpg if you drive it right

  • @treyofour Say what you like, call me every name in the book. You can keep on getting 27 MPG (if you even get that). Because you rub me the wrong way, I'm not gonna share with you how I did it. I've proven it can be done on many occasions, and I've showed others, and they've succeeded! Too bad you'll never know. :)

  • Damn. and that's a coupe. Shit.

  • To the poster who asked about fuel economy when dropping blower pulley dia (sorry accidentally deleted your comment), no it has no impact on economy, except when you are in boost - when you put your foot in the gas. I have achieved better than 35 MPG highway with the exact car you see in the video.

  • If you put a 180 thermostat on a stock L67 would that help it out at all? would it reduce kr? and will it hurt fuel economy?. what about colder spark plugs?.

  • It probably won't result in any noticeable power gain, but the 180 t-stat and colder plugs are good insurance against spark knock that is common with supercharged engines. Doing these mods would not hurt fuel economy, and would also allow you install a slightly smaller SC pulley (3.6" on series II), which would give you about a 10HP increase.

  • what plugs would you recommend?

  • Depends on what you are looking for. I've always used Autolite 104 copper cores. Inexpensive, and they need changed after about 20k miles, but very good performance plug. If you want a plug that lasts 100k miles, try a platinum or iridium in one range cooler - they're pricey, and not for racing, but good for extreme long term use.

  • I need to know why my 95 doesn't whistle? Its supercharged and fucking is fast, but does not whistle. I happen to like it when it does, but anyway, anyone have any ideas? I'm going to post this same question around, so those of us looking at these sweet ass cars, you'll notice it...thanks

  • Well, there are a couple of reasons you don't hear the blower wine. Buick built these cars to be quiet and powerful, not loud and obnoxious. The intake tube and airbox are designed to trap the "noise". I use a custom made intake tube leading straight into the fender well, attached to a K&N cone filter. The result is a LOT of blower wine. Also, I use a smaller blower pulley for extra power and increased pitch. Visit the website listed at the end of the video for more on this topic. Thx!

  • I honestly thought there was a fan running & the car was off. Not really that muscular lol.

  • good car to light the tires up for a long period of time with the traction control off

  • Wow Nice car bro! This video changed my opinion about Rivieras. Im going to by one as soon as possible :) just cant wait to do some mods on the engine :)

  • Mother of all Supercharged Rivis. Much Respect!!!

  • fwd is not a big deal, this thing yanks heads into seats. ive got a 97, only got my permit, and ill get it up to speed in no time. they glide across pavement dude.

  • buick grand national 3.8 turbo with intercooler

    rwd

4 speed auto just like the riv. but its older 87ish

  • :( wait i just noticed something that turned me off of the riviera..... its fwd?

  • I know! That disappointed me too.

  • now i dont think i want one anymore :(

  • haha i know. My dad is thinking about getting me one but now i dont think i want it.

  • mark 8 was compared to it in 97 i think and the performance winner was the mark 8.

    the video is on youtube

  • i just watched it. I like the riviera for the super charger though.

  • believe me. its worth it. it has a high resale value if its not for you.between 4 and 5 k for good condition.

  • JX426: fwd is not such a bad thing. At the track I have 60 ft times of 2.1 secs and 0-60 mph in 5.8 secs. Same car is reliable at 188k miles and handles great in the snow!

Oh, it will completely destroy a MK VIII in every category, will pull hard on 5.0 and 4.6L Mustangs, too.

  • understeer and burnouts

i drift (not pro) and if it was a fwd then it would be impossible

i just love taking corners sideways

i like the 3.8 turbo/supercharged engine but id rather get a GN

still a nice car but fwd isnt 4 me

  • you could still powerslide

  • id like torace this in my Acura TL 3.2 liter. this car as a 3.8 liter making 298 hp is average. very average. my acura tl with bolt ons has over 300 id like to race this car in my acura see where we stack up :

  • yea and 190 lbft of torque ;)

  • if i superchargfe my car i will have over 400HP out of 3.2 liters and well over 300lb of trq more then enuff to blow this junk out the water

  • IF you supercharge it. IF vanwiseman turboed his car and ran a huge cam his car would be super fast too. IF IF IF. ;)

  • and if this car had some REAL mods on it it would be making 400 hp but with 500 lb/ft of torque. IF doesn't mean shit dumb ass.

  • Keep en mind everyone, my car came with the supercharger factory, so the blower isn't a mod. I have personally stomped an Acura TL 3.2 more than once in a stoplight race.

  • luv your car

  • nice car dude. Im going to start moding my 96 SSEI soon. stock the 3800 serise 2 supercharged pulls really nice

  • Nice AA, I'm hoping to catch the mod bug in the coming months!

  • That's intense. I'm thinking I may be selling my 3.8 lesabre (NA, of course) and upgrading to a GTP that my friend is selling that needs a tie rod. This definitely has been a motivator for me to get an L67 powered automobile and modify it, since I do love the size/power of these bigger cars.

  • How about as far as transmission wise?

  • Yaklich: Original transmission with shift kit and custom PCM tune failed at 151k miles (modded since 35k). Had it rebuilt to OEM spec, tuned PCM for higher shift pressure and higher RPM shift points, TCC lock-up is modified - now close to turning 180k - that's the only thing that's failed on this car. Still on original differential and CV joints. No problems with new trans so far.

  • hi, i have a buick regal 2000 ls, that have a 3800 series II motor, but i don;t know too much about the motor, is it good?, can some body explain it to me? thank you.

  • Very good motors

For the non supercharged 3800s the weak link is the plastic upper intake. Thats about it.

  • i had a 97 Camaro V-6 (which had the 3800 series II)

i had headers, CAI, hi-flow cat, dual cat back exhaust, pulleys, and 3:73 gears) it had 197k miles on it when i sold it...i literally never had one problem with it (besides the fact it didn't pass smog lol) it also had the original clutch and tranny..people can say wat ever ther want about domestics but tht was one hell of a good motor! (giving thumbs up)

  • were is the battery on the riviera ?

  • under the back seat

  • What all mods are done to this, other than the pulley and apparently headers? I'm planning on a 3.8 supercharged swap for my lesabre at some point here and am interested to see what all you did. Thanks, and sweet riv!

  • Yaklich: 3.5" stainless custom intake w/K&N cone in fenderwell, 1.9:1 roller rockers, PCM tuning with DHP PowrTuner, a few other small things.

  • Nice Riv man. That motor moves way too much though. Stock front motor mounts?

  • roadmaster, wildcat, riviera, grand sport, grand national- buick has always had cars with performance ahead of their time. These are just a few, don't say look into the history unless you know what you are talking about.

  • I have a riv also, my question, how did you figure flywheel HP? next, you have a tune right?

  • anitsirhcmarie: our transaxles have a loss factor of 17%. I used that multiply WHP and WTQ to get crank numbers. For example, a stock 240 HP engine will make almost exactly 200 WHP on a dyno.

  • its seems that Mr.gtstunt11221,has an issue with your car, obiously he's never driven a car such as yours, that's from watching too much fast and the furious 1,though I have a little respect for some of those highly boosted ricers,a stock civic with its B20 bullshit motor will ever be able to compete with a 3800II s/c even if its in an buick Ultra, I should know ,I own one.,and have shocked many knuckle heads who think their hondas are fast, though Im limited to 112 mph due to the computer .

  • Yes, Park Ultras are nice cars. I've shocked many a Honda and VW driver who thought they could take me. Also surprised a few Stang GTs, 350Zs, and SRT-4s who couldn't figure how I walked them.

I've gotten around the speed limiter on mine. Have had her up to 135 mph before. That's fast enough for me!

  • UHMMMM,hey how did you get around the limiter,I agree 135 is fast enough;I like how you've got your riv hooked up;(the black one is yours right?)I might get one next yr you can find them pretty cheap here in Miami, nobody wants them every body here is into jap or euro cars the American cars are the last option;specialy American front drivers; Im still debating on a S/C Regal or the S/C Riv now that I saw yours

  • it aint fuckin wit da supercharge park avenue bitchez hahahaha

  • Rivi sounds good. 240 hp at the wheels is respectable for a riviera and is what Buick advertised. Nice dyno.

  • sounds like its about to take off!!

    awesome

  • yea upgrading the pully would raise the blowers REVs because of the smaller rotation ratio.. i agree with you.. but there are 3 different types of blowers.. go search google some blowers depend on the RPM range. so yea bro your pretty muched owned PCE!

  • Im glad your starting to understand how a roots type supercharger works..

And all superchargers.. positive displacement and centrifugal can be under or over drivin by adjusting gear/pully ratio's so im not sure what your talking about or how im "Owned"... unless of course your talking turbochargers but then that wouldn't make much sense considering this is a discussion about the M90

  • no ur stuck on that shit its a general discussion this isnt first grade fool

  • Anyone reading your comments can tell who is in first grade.. "Fool!"

  • gtstunt1221: "yea upgrading the pully would raise the blowers REVs because of the smaller rotation ratio.."

Mine hit at 16 PSI at 6k RPM. That's a little up from the stock 6-8 PSI.

  • i love my rivi

  • nice sound...but turbos are better

  • Yeah, you're right, turbos are more efficient. But turbos don't come with the car. Riv is supercharged from the factory...use the factory S/C, save $5K on plumbing, controllers, BOVs, etc....I won't argue with 248fwhp...

  • And more efficient isn't always "better". For the street, I'd rather keep my blower. Big torque makes driving fun!

  • Oh man, that's so awesome. Oh how I want a Riv...

  • i dont understand why its s/c if it revs limit so low... make that bitch 10k redline

  • You're retarded. It's a Buick. It's not supposed to rev to the stratosphere. It's all about power from the low end.

  • thiers no point in having a s/c when the power is limited.. now a high revin car with a blower spinnin twice as fast... now thats real forced induction.. like a TURBO

  • Do you not see the numbers? This car has plenty of power and is always in the torque band. Near as makes no difference 300 HP and 370 lb. ft. of torque. That's hardly anything for this series of engines. These can take so much more. And a S/C increases your power, so it's not pointless.

  • ok im not goin to argue with you.. all motor b20vtec.. 200 horse 200lb ft... 1000 lbs less this this boat, you do the math. im not sayin this engine is bullshit because i would be very wrong. my point is a blower would obviously have more power with a higher revolution per minute.. as the pully connected with crank 5600 is not much of a redline, try a S/C on a 10k rev and u will see the difference. low end torque is fun but doesnt always win races now lets be realistic

  • I would put my money on the Buick, actually. Yes, the B20 is an absolutely awesome engine, but I'd give the edge to the 3800 II.

  • OK.. i just had to log in for this one..

First off... Im calling you out

your N/A Honda CRV motor is making 200lb/ft? and 200hp? at what rpm? I want to see a linked pic of your dyno sheet and a mod list..

Most b20's that make 200hp make under 150lb/ft..

  • Lets talk about your magic theory on low engine rpm vs. blower rpm...

The M90 blower on an L67 runs at optimum rpm to produce 8-10psi in stock form.. and can be over drivin by using diff size pulleys.. stock is 3.8" most use 3.4" to 3" to raise boost pressure

The blower RPM depends more on pulley size than actual engine RPM..

If the blower was directly connected to the crank and had a 1:1 ratio even with a 10k rpm redline the blower would spin much slower than it does now.

  • There is a point. First, the blower is stock = free power adder. 2nd, my engine makes 100 hp more than the N/A version. I'm also running stock exhaust cat-back.

High-revs? No need, because I have torque. I'm shifting into 2nd at 55 mph, and 3rd at 99 mph. 4087 lbs, and pulls high 13s. 0-60 in 5.7 secs. That's fast enough for my daily driver with 158k miles.

This isn't a race car, it's a luxury car.I have full leather interior, 100 lbs of subs/amps in the trunk, spare tire, stock chrome wheels.

  • u forgot to add that ur boat is murderer ur pockets at the pump

  • S/C Riv owners may be using premium, but at least we don't have to drive piece of shit ricers!! Also if you're smart enough to drive a Riv then you could probably afford the fuel prices. Enjoy your imported death-box. Calling people BITCHES online is weak, loser.

  • never called anyone a bitch... bitch

  • Ooh, that hurt. You called me a bitch. What, you have nothing more creative to say? Have you ever driven a Riv? If not, then PLEASE go do so and quit it with the comparos and boasting!

  • no if anything im a audi fan and jdm fuk DSM

  • gtstunt1221: "u forgot to add that ur boat is murderer ur pockets at the pump"

31.5 miles per gallon last 200 mile trip. My pockets are just fine.

  • wow ur fukin funny. 298 my ass

  • Thats what i was thinking... Buicks look like a large, heavy log pulling down the road. So ugly...

  • That's the fun part. People think it's a heavy log, until I walk by them!

  • ??? It's still ugly. A Buick is made for luxury not performance.

  • Mine's made for both.

  • obviously you have no clue about Buick's past. Look it up you may be surprised.

  • 248 WHP = 298 crank. Stock Riv dynos 200 WHP (240 crank).

There's no doubt... it's on the printout.

  • HAHAHA figured a Ricer would worry about rev limiters, their cars work best in neutral or park. As soon as you shift your little pothole jumper into drive, it's aura is diminished.

  • All might Vtak! Damn! Ive heard so much about it. 50lbft tq and 1000whp once the vtak engages. My Regal loves those cars for breakfast :P

  • sorry but your domestic POS is goin to break down in a year or 2.. and its going bankrupt.. stack up on parts now!! hahahahaaaaaaahahaha

  • haha... laugh all you want. This car is 12 years old and still starts on the original battery. 176k miles and runs like the day I bought it (24k miles). I don't need to stock up on parts, cause the car never breaks!

  • the hell it is. upload a vid. prove it.

  • lol i do check it out ;] its my honda btw

  • this monster would kill your little ricer fool

  • gtstunt, please post drag/dyno print-outs to prove your power/speed claims. Otherwise, drive your VTAK to OH and bring your video camera.

  • I see you're actually a VW kid. Meh. Stop being a troll.

  • gtstunt, I pray your b20 has a vtec head + massive turbo? If not, you will get your ass handed to you. I'm originally a Honda man myself and still love them but I don't like shit flingers (hint hint, that would be you). Also, b20 blocks suck, just fyi. Hope you have that shit sleeved if you're applying any forced induction.

  • yea it has 22 inch rims too.. ill blow your ass

  • OMG GET HIM GUYS!!!!! HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT A 3800 IS ABOUT

    LINCH HIM!!!!!!!!!

anyhow this is no rice powered engine, this is a mans V6 that makes more power than most V8's, while reving to about 5600 max because thats all that it needs to do instead of reving to 13,000 rpm waiting for V-TECH to make a more couple hp's in the hopes of beating a boat.

  • bet my b20vtec would beat this piece of shit half the cylinders BITCH.. no force induction

  • You have a three cylinder engine? Wow. With no forced induction to the B20, you're having to rev to the sky to get any useful power/torque. I believe you don't fully understand the awesomness that is the GM 3800 Series II.

  • Can you make 370 lb-ft? Sorry your car didn't come with a blower. Mine did.

  • where did u get the intake system for the riv. i cant find one. i just ripped out the air box and stuck a cone on the end.

  • I had it built out of stainless by an expert welder. Check out w w w.rivperformance.c o m for info on DYI intakes.

  • Yeaaaah Buick Power!!!!

  • supercharger sounds nice

  • Love that S/C sound, nice mods

  • SWEET!!

  • awesome vid five stars
