Santos, this was really great! Stylistically, I think it is probably the best CSSSA film I've seen. It's also the best color correction I've seen. Did you try sending this to any student film festivals when you made it?

@kameshita I used Final Cut Pro and some after effects but is mostly final cut pro. Only two scenes use after effects, the part where she's turning and the room changes and some distortion on the last ghost. Click on the Effects video link.

2.31-2.47 is my favorite bit, especially with the slight wobble and odd angle :)

I really enjoyed it!

I have to say I enjoyed this short. The use of the woods in the daylight, color filter, different ghosts, and the music gave it a nice atmosphere.

In fact, at the "final boss," I jumped when he popped out, well done on that.

Also, the actress, Amanda, was great in her role. She had that lost and alone look to her, which you come to expect in a FF movie. If this were a movie, I would definitely go see it. 5/5

@xaviorist well im sure since you made videos your self you probably found out that is harder ti shot night scenes. Specially somewhere in the woods, but thanks for watching!

A little harder but it makes it like 5x more scary. As for the woods you just have to film before it gets pitch black or you can lighten it in Final Cut if it's too dark.

@xaviorist thats true too but then we end up with muddy footage also there was way too much i had to film to risk it. Had two days to film and edit, couldn't really wait for the sun. I dont think I agree with the dark making it 5x scaries i think it depends on the director. Of course though for this i would have prefer it to be night.

Well then watch a horror movie where it's all during the daytime, then watch a movie all shot at night and then decide what would be scarier. When the viewers can't see, that's what makes them scared because they don't know what is there or not.

@xaviorist well i dunno there are some scary scenes in a lot of horror films that happen during the day and they're pretty scary. Some scenes from el orfanato what about Jaws? anyway i still think a movie during the day time can still be as scary. they just need to scare you in a different way. Im not saying is better.

@kevstew26 you just need an editing program like final cut pro, after effects or sony vegas. I used Final cut pro for the color correction, and after effects for more advanced effects.
