"Negative Secondary Effects". Hmmm. Let's take religion for example. How many people have died and killed at the hand of religion?

Using the argument of "negative secondary effects" we should ban all churches and all religion.

This argument is absurd. This is America. Your rights extend as far as your hand.

@ronaldvanbell A valid point, but one would find it difficult to outlaw the very entity that makes and enforces the law. Perhaps we should start with simply getting every politician out of public office.
