  • Everything is so true-especially the poop comments which are definite proof that what you're putting into your body is good-at least better for you.

    I appreciate and respect Alicia's candor about her diet (including the slip on on cheeese). To many people that will be more influential that a "good" recipe. I gave up all processed food (including meat analogues, soy cheeses, creams, etc because of intolerances) but I'm sure there are many recipes that are super yummy.
