  • @HermanHermes well the power variations of the olympic lifts have a lot of benefits for explosive power and speed... it depends on which sports you are competing in. I for example dont do power snatches since i have shoulder issues. i only do power cleans sometimes and alot of squatting and deadlifting to get more maximum power. for explosiveness and speed i already do my main sport.
