  • Simple, plain...beautiful.

  • Looks and sounds like our family reunions here in Kentucky.

  • Then Kitchenconcertseries can I come to your family reunion? LoL. I sure would love to be at a family reunion like that. Glad you enjoyed the video. And of course you are always encouraged to post a video of your family reunion for others to see and enjoy what Kentucky is about. :) It aint all about fish hooks in tree lines up a dark hollow... LoL.

  • That Video brought tears to me eyes.

Some of the most beautiful singing

that brings back the roots to the way

    it should be sung!

I am deeply grateful for you posting this video.

    Banjoistically yours,

    Jon Eric

  • Banjoistically: Absolutely my pleasure.... I also agree with you 100% you were looking at Rob Ickes brother playing the guitar and Rob's Mother singing. I know what you mean about bringing a tear to your eye. But many great tunes from the roots of bluegrass do that dont they? :) Thanks for stopping by and I liked your youtube page as well. Perhaps one day I might be able to make it out to your neck of the woods so I can enjoy the roots to my favorite music.
