My Z-2300's alone don't sound nearly that good... not a day goes by I don't wish I got the 5500's. Do you notice a negative difference between the two sets?

The only bad thing, is that the mids of the Z-2300's isn't as good as the 5500's. Other than that, it's not anything negative :) Z-5500 is a good system! (especially if you have a good sound card.)
