Men är det verkligen en parodi då? Jag tycker den här filmen verkar vara ganska bra ändå. Originalet är ju bättre såklart. Men den här verkar ändå helt ok. Nice video also. A little scary perhaps but very nicely put together.

This is the American Pippi - The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking. 1988 or so.

This was the only Pippi I knew until my mid 20s. I love it.

I too am Swedish, and I didn't even know there was a re-made english version. Brilliant work. The spinning pippi, the cut after "you dont think its too quiet do you?" and the "the whole place is on fire, please help!" made me laugh out loud.. Good work dude.

as a swede i've grown up with the old swedish pippi but unlike other swedes i'm not completely anti to this remake of it in english, the old one has very lame special effects like when she's flying and stuff. This wasn't too bad.
