@AyAyAyNaru I don't think it's possible now since he's 19. His vocal range is completely different from the age he was when he recorded An Angel. It's a lot lower but still just as pleasant to listen to.

I read about something like this before. Germany has a law that says it is illegal for people under age 17 to sing live on TV, they have to lip sync. I can totally tell he is uncomfortable lip synching because the way he looks doesn't match his voice, poor guy. He still rocks though.

No, it's not dumb to lip sync. Some times singers have to sync, i.e. when they have a voice problem like a sore throat and don't want to break an engagement, when there is no backup band, or when there the venue is not suitable for the full band and chorus. I don't mind...as it's still his voice!
