  • May you please list all the programs used, you said after effects and c4d, but is there anything else, thanks.

  • wow

  • very dramatic & cool.

  • The lens flare was created in AfterFX using Knoll Light Factory.

Same program used to create lens flares in Star Wars Episode II & III to my knowledge.

  • @LumanoidAU yes you are right, but now you can use optical flares.

  • This is amazing! This is exactly what I'm trying to learn how to do. Any chance we can get a tutorial on how you created the lens flare? I've been messing with settings for hours, but was this all default Cinema 4D or did you have andy 3rd party add-ons installed?

  • @byakuhan try optical flares, its a really good plug in. not sure if its for cinema 4d but if you have after effects you can always import it into there and use optical flares.

  • @TheAndyGerm very good. thanks alot :) i shall indeed try that.

  • @TheAndyGerm yes i should really play around more with After Effects, and trying out the optical flares in there is pretty sound advice. :) thx alot, i'll be sure to give that a try.

  • Best space scene i have seen on youtube, seriously and i have seen alot:P

  • how did you do the the lens flare on the earth the glowing flare look. By the way looks great.

  • was this all cinema 4d??
