I'm a Korean who lives in USA ,also visited Turkey 2yrs ago. I didn't know much about Turkey and Korean relationship before my trip. But I was taken by how some streets were so much a like in Korea. It was amazing! Turkish people were kind, always smiling and gentle spirit so genuine that I have not been felt by traveling any other counties. They respect difference of our religion, and let us have Sunday service while we were there. No matter anyone says I come to love Turkish people.

Shilla traded with the subsequent japanese civilization and taught them some very essential skills and introduced early forms of swordsmanship and martial arts, baekje set up colonies in japan, and we are both of the altaic family. ill stop there cuz i could go on about early korea-japan relations. But ill tell u korea-japan relations are ALOT better than korea's and japan's relation with china right now.

@ceyhunPak You guys have to realise "Altaic" is a language classification, not a genetic one. Unfortunately, East Asians lump Turkey with all Central Asian/Middle Eastern Muslim countries. Sorry for my ignorance, but before I came to Europe, I didn't even know what Turkish/Arabic people looked like.
Japanese people hardly know anything about Turkey, they even called soaplands "Turkish Bath" until Turkey intervened. That's how little consciousness East Asians have.

@kindboy1996 Firstly Turkish is an englih word and lots of people don't understand clearly. There are 24 diffent Türks dynasties and more than 250 million Türks live all around the world. Turkish ( Türkiye Türks) are a member of Oghuz Türks(Türkiye,Azerbaijan,Türkmenistan). Oghuz Türks are white and have half slanting eyes, some oghuz dynasties have blond hair and colourful eyes. We live in mediternian and black sea thosands years, different areas and climates could change peoples look like.

I'm a Korean who lives in USA ,also visited Turkey 2yrs ago. I didn't know much about Turkey and Korean relationship before my trip. But I was taken by how some streets were so much a like in Korea. It was amazing! Turkish people were kind, always smiling and gentle spirit so genuine that I have not been felt by traveling any other counties. They respect difference of our religion, and let us have Sunday service while we were there. No matter anyone says I come to love Turkish people.

4:18 we share the same culture... This is a ridiculous statement. Korea does not have the same culture as Turkey. Their religion is different, food is different, their language is different.
