I took a video camera to video my files. You could see that paperwork that I had sent USPS certicate of mailing was not in the file. Then after I began to scream bloody murder some of the paperwork returned to my file. I have video of that also! They began a smear campaign against me with the help of the local newspapers and the county commissioners. The FED was instituted to control boom and bust cycles AND help the dollar retain its value. What has happened in the 96 years since its inception is that we've had one depression and multiple harmful recessions with the dollar loosing 90% of its value.
When you sign the dotted line on the mortgage, you're not paying the property value, youre paying the lost value of the dollar through inflation and you have to do real labor to cover that. Inflation and banking trickery are the real crimes.

Discharge is what she is trying to do. you all are equal under the law. NOT CODE. As a Human Lawfully UN-able to pay her Debt she must Discharge it.
The same could be accomplished by offering the Bank Lawful Money (gold or silver), as AGENTS they would have to Refuse this LAWFUL money and accept the OFFER "Itself", to pay in Gold as Just compensation. Or ACCEPT FOR VALUE! Discharged.

Watch the video on you tube debt as money. You will see the Federal Reserve Bank creates the loan money out of thin air and created a huge bubble effect with real estate prices. It is time we audit the Federal Reserve Bank and hold them accountable instead of them running our government!

OK, now I hate to rain on anyone's parade, but despite all of this administrative stuff, the fact remains that this woman borrowed money and can't pay it back. The courts will consider this fact...her 'new contract' is absurd and if it ever even gets considered at all, it will be tossed out as an illegal contract...

OK. So while that's true, is it ethical? I mean, banks do not have any risk. They create the money at the time the mortgage is written. It didn't exist before then. So they have no hard assets at all in reserve for the $ they provide for a mortgage.
Then the person defaults on the loan and gets foreclosed on. THEN the bank actually gets hard asset of value - the home.
Sorry but that is a corrupt system.

AndrewlanMurphy you need to educate yourself on the Federal Reserve (which is not federal and not part of the government and has no reserves) and the monetary system so that you can understand the real fraud being commited here by the banks
