great form - you go down till nice and flat. How long did it take you to progress to feet? I've worked up to 34 on knees with strict form and still can't take the strain of feet pivot...
Start training on feet only. Stay in front a wall to limit the range of motion and progress going away from the wall. Start using your gluts and quads to support your core.
@procrastinate2dayYay In addition to using something to limit your range of motion, do evil wheels from your feet with full extension--but do them going up an incline. Start with whatever you need to get the job done, and work your way to progressively less steep inclines.
